In one breath
Practice is the reps. Signal tells you what's possible and Workbench makes you fast, but nothing made a non-technical person genuinely good at the hardest things — authoring skills and building agents. Practice fills that gap: hands-on drills you work through yourself. The framing is "Signal, but you do them."
It's deliberately thin: it reads Signal's existing material and serves drills keyed to the same techniques, so the two share one vocabulary. Because grading happens in your own session, it's free and ungated.
