TurnTwo
The consulting-and-development platform — and the shared backbone behind everything Jay ships.
turntwo.dev is the foundation of the business. One web platform runs Jay's web development and modernization practice and ships the products built on top of it. The plumbing is built once and reused, so a new client site or product can go live in about an hour instead of weeks. The platform is the practice's foundation and its edge — see Shared backbone.
What runs on it
A public marketing site, a catalog of focused tools across free, member, and premium tiers, a shop of one-time project kits, a recurring membership, and the full client-services loop: a six-step intake that produces a price estimate, a no-account magic-link customer portal, and deposit-and-final invoicing — all tracked in one place. It serves government and IT professionals, entrepreneurs and operators, and developers, plus direct consulting clients.
The family of properties
Everything connects back to the same backbone:
- Lens — business evaluation and modernization: a free audit on top, a paid assessment underneath.
- Workbench — a free toolkit for people who build with AI models.
- Signal — an auto-updated, signal-vs-noise read on what's new in AI.
- Practice — a hands-on trainer that turns Signal's material into drills.
- Lotto — a self-contained Texas Lottery honest-stats and integrity lab with its own visual identity.
- T2 Lotto — the native iOS app that grew out of the Lotto Lab and took its logic native.
Satellites on the same backbone
SetWhen and TrustFirst ride the same foundation — which is exactly why they came up fast.
Positioning
Mid-pivot from "a directory of tools" to selling outcomes — see Outcomes pivot. The hard constraint: every offering is deliverable async, with no live customer hand-holding.
