TurnTwo

Mission

What the business is for, and who it serves.

TurnTwo is consulting-first. The practice is Jay's web development and technology modernization work; everything else exists to feed it. The free and low-cost tools, the skill packs, the membership — they're lead generation and credibility, not the business model. The business model is scoped client builds delivered on a shared backbone that makes them fast.

The positioning

The current shift is the outcomes pivot: stop reading as a directory of gadgets, start selling outcomes. The market gap Jay is aiming at — AI consulting splits into strategists who won't build and automation shops that won't think, and almost nobody publishes a price or shows a clickable receipt. TurnTwo does the opposite: publish the price, show the receipt, tell the truth about what a client actually needs (including when the honest answer is "you don't need a rebuild").

The hard constraint

Every offering must be deliverable async — intake, build, collect, with no live customer hand-holding. That filter rules out retainers, fractional-CAIO arrangements, and live walkthroughs, and it shapes every product decision.

Who it serves

Three public audiences, plus direct consulting clients:

  • Government and IT professionals — Jay's credibility edge. Tools for gov IT (GCC eligibility, ATO readiness, federal resumes, SOWs, M365 roadmaps).
  • Entrepreneurs and operators — people who need a business case, an SOP, a proposal, a website, done fast.
  • Developers — people who want to cut token cost and ship better prompts (see Workbench).

The diagnostic funnel

Lens is how a prospect goes from "something's off" to a scoped engagement: a free website audit on top, a paid Business Modernization Assessment underneath, and a discovery tool that interviews them before a quote. The bolt-on front door does the same for owners of existing sites.
