The current strategic shift for TurnTwo: stop presenting as a directory of tools, which reads as gadgets, and start selling outcomes. The June-2026 market read is that AI consulting splits into strategists who won't build and automation shops that won't think, and almost nobody publishes a price or shows a clickable receipt. TurnTwo's opening is that empty middle — publish the price, show the receipt, tell the truth.

Hard constraint

Every offering must be deliverable async: intake, build, collect, with no live customer hand-holding. That rules out retainers, fractional-CAIO arrangements, and live walkthroughs.

Moves shipped

The /bolt-on page is a no-threat front door for owners of existing sites (Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, GoDaddy, cPanel). A pure-client Site Fit Finder returns an honest verdict — bolt on now, upgrade first, or you've outgrown it. The framing rule: bolt-on is the front door, migration is earned.
